Who we are
Vessel Church is a diverse book of Acts church located in Mid-City, Baton Rouge. We are passionate about cultivating a Spirit-led environment where everyone is welcome, and life change is possible.
How we got started
In 2018, God gave Taylor and Mehgan Fairbanks a burden to start something new. Their desire turned into a dream that became a reality in August 2020. Amidst a global pandemic, Vessel Church launched its first worship gathering.
Where we're headed
Our vision is to build a community of people who know they are vessels. Vessels that carry the Name, Spirit, and Cross of Jesus. Vessels that carry love, joy, and hope to every part of our city. We can’t wait to see what God has in store!
